Charter cancellation policy: Daily Captained Charters may be cancelled up to 7 days in advance for a full credit which is applied toward a future charter, as long as you reschedule the charter within one year.  Cancellations made in less than 7 days will result in a credit, plus a fee equal to 15% of the cost of charter, as long as you reschedule the charter within a year.  Adventure Charters and Corporate Events may be cancelled and rescheduled up to 30 days in advance for a full credit which is applied toward a future charter, as long as you reschedule a charter within one year. Less than 30 days - but greater than 7 days -- will result in a credit, plus a fee equal to 15% of cost of charter, as long as you reschedule a charter within a year. Cancellations made in less than 7 days will result in a credit, plus a fee equal to 30% of the cost of charter as long as you reschedule a charter within a year.
